Return Policy
If you feel the need to return a product, please feel free to call for
assistance. We can help take care of your issues. If there is a functional
problem with a product, we can usually fix or replace the item.
Returns may be authorized for up to 30 days after receipt.
Return Authorization number must be issued and shipping directions given
before returning a product. Products returned without prior approval will not
be credited.
Merchandise must be returned complete, in "as new" condition, with all
manuals and instructions and in original packaging.
Customer is responsible for freight charges both ways. This includes
delivery charges to the customer on items sold as "Includes Delivery Charges" or
"Delivered Price" or "Free Delivery"
